Perhaps if you made longer scenes, if you want to charge £50 - £80 for a scene - people should get value for money, 15 - 20 mins isn't good value if your charging so much. Other than that, I still think £30 is the max fee any model should charge. For example 200 people paying £30 is more profitable than a few people paying £50. I absolutely understand your concern that there are so many creators out there, perhaps the whole thing has peaked and not the money making machine it was for creators. I suppose you do have to find new ways of staying visible. I imagine it would've been hard to begin with but now you are reasonably well known, certainly by those interested in young athletic types. I still think that it wouldn't hurt to also do a little studio work, its an excellent way to raise your profile and bring you to new fans. A studio like Men.com would promote you and you could still do OF, just like models like Paddy Obrian etc ( who I would love to see you work with !! )
That might be now good idea cuz industry is becoming too much competitive that’s why I’ll be focusing on building 1v1 relationships calls meet-ups and more exclusive… also focusing more on health and looks viral content than just fake acting…

There's a difference being an established brand like LV or Gucci. Your brand is still an emerging brand. Also the product you market is not inherently more "luxury" than the other creators in this space. Using your clothing example, people get a certain sense of pride or social esteem wearing LV or Gucci as opposed to H&M.
