His face is rounding out with age but gaining weight isn't helping. Looks like he's going soft too...losing his muscle bulk to just plain thickness.

It’s definitely a mixture of alcohol abuse and having far more money than one should have at such a young age without any proper guidance. Granted I believe he did help his mother pay for cancer treatment. I’m sure that her illness has taken a tole on him mentally as well. Depression is a nasty bitch, I hope he can get out of his rut.

hi if you read a little farther down in his twitter feed it seems he's been in a bitch of an off-season. He posted about wanting to get back in shape, so we should all cheer him on because we all know it gets increasingly more difficult with age, even though he's still got age on his side. He also seems to have grown beyond identifying as the young stud and now sees himself as more of a 'daddy' (ie, dog dad, hence his parents have their 'gran puppy.')

I think his party lifestyle ...bottles of JD and gallons of beer is the reason .... hes only 22
Although in fairness Derek did always show the D - his content was decent - unlike his gay-baiting scamming friend Austin Norman lol
