"... Seems like these days you can't get a non biased opinion about anything! Is there anyone NON biased out there that actually knows what works and what doesn't. Or are we as men left to wonder whether pills, pumping or jelqing really work?

cute24yo,
You've raised a good point.
Sadly, since this is the number one (VERY personal)issue with a number of men (penis size).....we are ALL prone to becoming victims of scammers and con artists.
Why, enlarging our penis is so important to us, we temporarily loose our ability to rationalize, think sanely, and indeed, make wise choices.
But, doesn't it stand to reason that IF a pill, potion,or device REALLY existed out there to "make it bigger", then we guys would ALREADY know about it? We would't have to frantically search and research (and fret!) over finding an answer.
Truth is, our penis is one tough piece of human flesh--highly resistant to any change without long-term effort and dedication. There is NO "quick-fix", easy answer to making it bigger.
There is some inherent ability to improve our penis at least just a bit. But, it will take work, time, and great personal resolve to stay with the routine. Many men can't and won't ever get there. They will quit early-on.
I'm not a member of any "jelq fan group". Nor do I offer a non-biased (or biased) approach to PE. As I've tried to do a number of times in this forum, I have offered comments, yes-- advice, as to what has worked for me.
Whether I could improve upon what I did (and achieve my results more easily or quickly) I don't know.
I have tried virtually EVERY known approach to enlargement short of outright surgery. The occasional "scares" I encountered by bad judgment or risky PE practices (as I finally adapted safer methods) could have put me in the hospital for (corrective!) surgery, I am certain. --I had some close calls short of disaster.
My experience over three years now in PE is that it's best to use several different methods over a period of time and often in combination with one another along with keeping a diet supplemented with those nutritional boosts to assure good male health. Whether that would mean hormone supplements or whatever-even those products aiding circulation to the genitals-- there must be good (superior!) blood flow to the penis and associated areas to help repair (and grow) tissue.
It just makes sense. Since exercise "splits" cells, these these cells need to repair themselves and grow more cells. That's basically what penis enlargement is doing.
I found natural exercise, jelq techniques, and some pumping seemed to work the best for me. I also used an extender "now and then" say for a few weeks at a time. But the best results truly came from exercises....simple routine 15 to 20 minute (various)stretches while flaccid. Then, jelq techniques while semi-hard to erect. I always try to "warm-up" with hot compresses or even a hot shower before and even afterwards. When pumping, I would warm the cylinders before using them. Many of these techniques are all outlined well in the internet sites. Many are "free" info sites and the VERY basic routines are all that one truly needs. The complicated exercises (for advanced PE) are risky and downright dangerous! Stay away from those.
I can't stress enough how important it is for a man considering PE to accept this will be a commitment of a VERY long time and there will be many plateaus where NO improvement is obvious. Also, a man should set only REALISTIC goals in beginning PE. One inch length improvement is pretty much possible over time (i.e. one year). Maybe another inch after the first year or so, or--maybe not. It's not likely any more than 2 (or possibly) 3 inches tops, ever. I truly believe there are natural limits for a man to increase beyond that. Sorry, but, it's highly unlikely "a 5 -incher"... will ever become a 10 !
However, 6 inches COULD become 8 inches, say over two years or so. After that, additional progress will become pitifully slow...(if at all.) Success stories will vary, man to man.
And, this was questioned:
As to forcing blood by jelq vs. pumping....same idea except pumping produces immediate (WONDERFUL!) results in more girth, plumpness, etc. but only to quickly fade away. Jelq on the other HAND (sorry for the pun!) seems to "build up favorable results" more readily (but, again over time.) And, jelq is healthier as it "conditions" the blood flow in the penis tissues to become more reliably steady and strong. Vacuum pumping produces an immediate "rush" of blood and lymph, but then these fluids only get reabsorbed by the body....Repeating pumping over and over (and over!) will eventually get some results, but compared to jelq---jelq seems better somehow. It stands to reason that many men could avoid using Viagra until very late in life if they would routinely practice jelq and other penile exercise. It's a good practice to learn and stay with through life.
And, for the record--
Jelq (and eventually to some degree, pumping) will only tend to enhance GIRTH improvement, not necessarily length by that much.
Exercising...will tend to produce better LENGTH improvement, (overall). And, it's best done--when flaccid.
These are my comments with again no product to sell, no club to represent, no commission to be made.
Pure, honest appraisal of PE from PERSONAL experience.
2.5 inches....(length) and 3/4" girth improvements over three years! ???
--Well, you can decide.
