I use Palmer's Unscented Cocoa Butter Lotion. Not expensive, a little goes a long way. I use more than I need to, but it works and is cost effective.
Same! Applied at my pool post swim. Always get a little semi as I massage it in with guys coming and going in the locker room 🙄

Try Manscape's Crop Preserver. I use this lotion daily after showering. Use it on cock, balls, ass, & crack. Helps with moisturizing as well as swamp ass.
Second the crop preserver. Keeps things fresh and moisturised

oh yes I lube it up with coco butter moisturizer before i slip my tights on feels amazing… for the whole day, the odd time when I apply it though my cock starts to get thicker then lengthens which kinda makes me want to milk it dry

Lately I've noticed my dick skin has been dry, drier than my normal skin. And it's not just because it's the winter, because usually my hands or my elbows will feel dry and/or ashy, but I've been doing my best to stay hydrated and keep my skin in good shape. But for some reason the skin on my dick, moreso the head, but sometimes my shaft as well, is just dry and it's uncomfortable. I've even resorted to strictly using moisturizing lotion to jerk off. God forbid I do a dry jerk, I've actually managed to break the skin like it's chapped lips or something. What the hell is going on?

I always use Cerave hydrating lotion after every shower or sex session. It makes your balls feel silky smooth and your dick feel supple.

This ( by @BdTr7 ) is actually the first advice in this thread I can support. “Lotion” is nearly always scented and that can cause dermatitis. Cerave is hypoallergenic and contains compounds that restore the skin barrier.

Using a personal lubricant to wank is more advisable than a lotion. I swear by Überlube.

Also, don’t use pure oils on your glans.

One of the things you might want to look into is the use of fabric softener in your laundry, especially the clothes that come in direct contact with your cock, eg jeans or joggers or something. I strongly recommend NOT EVER using fabric softener: it is completely superfluous, will make fabrics less absorbent and more prone to getting dirty, and is a major cause of dermatitis as well, and a host of other allergies.

Don’t ever use this on your cock and I would not recommend putting this on any mucous membrane. Moreover, this product contains a number of ingredients that are well-known allergens.

I’ve been using it for a long time. No issues at all.

Good for you, but it nonetheless contains a lot of allergens that will cause issues in many - on prolonged exposure, probably most - people, if used on areas where not intended (ie mucous membranes or remnants thereof)

I use a moisturiser once or twice a week, nothing special though. Sometimes use Nivea post shave after shaving, that helps prevent any spots.

I like to use a bit of Bio-oil on mine. The base can sometimes get dry

I would still advise to use the regular big jar of Cerave, instead. This product contains a lot of know allergens and should not be used near mucous membranes or remnants thereof (like the distal part of your cock)

You are probably allergic to either the surfactants and/or the fragrances. is it ok if I send a DM? I don’t feel comfortable posing a whole barrage of personal (medically related) questions

(Because of my job)
Sure! I've dealt with skin allergies from when I was 6 years old...
