If you know this creator you'd know his gf is so into his gaming love. Furthermore... It's no different than any other career specially on social media, just because you are driven in whatever career you choose it doesn't mean you automatically neglect all areas in your life. Is the same for a doctor or lawyer etc. their careers demand a lot of commitment and time from those individuals it doesn't mean it's a red flag, besides you don't even know him to even be making those kind of statements!
The only ones who you can accurately use as correct example to judge (and even then it's plain assumption) is the feedback from actual relationships, he's in a very healthy relationship and she's also sharing his content creation career, his love for League and for his fitness lifestyle.
It's just so crazy that automatically one feel entitled to assign a negative label based on mere speculation or even worse just your own biased opinion.

and no, I don't have an issue with it, but then in a thread that's a discussion of him you exactly said to stop talking about his life and just engage on his looks, to me you didn't exactly took the conversation from a negative to positive but instead from whatever place we had it (I didn't think of negative then) to a really bad place 
regardless of your intentions my point exactly is that what you deem positive/negative may not exactly fall into that category for someone else and even then if that was the case we all still have the same right to engage in such discussions respectfully without the need of any other user to mediate engagements as long as we are not insulting each other after all that's the reason of a thread, discussion.
