So today I had an omelet for breakfast, followed by a 45 minute walk. The omelet had cheese in it, 6 eggs.
Protein shake for a snack, 100 grams of protein by lunch. Then I had a salad. Spinach, kale, apple slices, and an avocado oil vinaigrette.
