Yeah, unless I missed a recent Q&A, he said he doesn’t have any interest in another man. I feel like he answered that question in every Q&A video. He might have changed his mind but if he did, he’d probably be posting in other subreddits

He has said in at least one recent Q&A he doesn't desire to have sex with a man but he's never "ruled it out completely". IF he ever had any interest or motivation to hook up with a guy, it would be a complete waste to just release as a normal video or even a PPV. Dracon is a legend at this point. Even if you aren't particularly a fan of his content you are aware of it.

If he hooked up with another popular creator they could make a whole "Live Event" of it and rake in the cash and tips. And of course sell the footage after... Heck, imagine if he offered up his hole(s) to be used by a few creators at once. He wouldn't even need to get hard or cum unless he felt like it.
