I don't think Kendrick would have. Exposing someone as gay/bi is seen as problematic. Doing so would put Kendrick in the hot seat, and Kendrick already had heat on him from the LGBT for his last album where he used the f-word unnecessarily several times while addressing his former homophobia. For Kendrick to call Drake gay, is to say something is wrong with being gay, and Kendrick just made a song about accepting LGBT people in his family. That would be tone deaf.
