The life perpetuated online by influencers, pop culture, and especially pretty much any gay man online (they must all use hunty, use a bunch of GIFs for every reaction, etc) is toxic and just detrimental to actually living a life outside of being a circuit queen being pounded by 10 men while snorting cocaine. It’s why I really have even more of a straight guy complex because I just want a “boring” dude not into that shit.If him coming out and getting lost in social media wasn't the reason for his decline in... everything, I think had he dated a normal guy who wasn't some social media weirdo he'd have not dropped out, graduated by now I think given idr when he went to college, and had a normal career and a ltr.
I don't distinguish the gay life vs the straight life and both sides have their fair share of people who never mature.
Maybe I'm a millennial with boomer mentality. I genuinely would not mind him much if he didn't get so many atrocious tattoos and I say that as a preference for no tats.
