Why is it a problem? Probably the vast majority of videos on PornHub are illegally there. All someone needs to do is put in a DMCA request ... and poof, it's gone.

As has been stated, over and over again. Click on the "Most liked posts" towards the upper right and it will be the first post in the thread.
Even then people would still be clueless about it because they want everything done for them and put 0 effort in to do anything.
Lol, when the video first came out, people would post it several times ON THE SAME PAGE, because they didn't even realize it was literally posted two messages before their post. There's no hope.

I’m confused about underaged tattoos? Isn’t it illegal under 18 regardless, or can they get them with parental consent, and what parents would give that?
As far as I know with consent form the parents it's OK to get a tattoo
He doesn't look under 18 there. I agree with Caleb about the tattoos. Plus he already had one, he cropped the one on his chest out as to not be recognized.

Dylan's first three tattoo's where probably without parental consent when he was 16 and 17.
He did the 1st himself, a stick and poke.
The 2nd and 3rd, including the triangle on his chest, were when he was 17 and was done by an ex-con who he bumped into and did it privately.
