Personally, I think its a combination of what several people are thinking.
Sadly, at this point Dylan has pretty well established himself as a user, IMM .I think he sees Jackson as a way to stay IG relevant, get to live in a big house for free and get to enjoy sex with a guy who turns him on (Jackson), without the entanglements of an actual relationship. Plus he can still get the sugar baby trips and perks too.
I think Jackson is in love with Dylan, and (like other guys we've all seen before) his feelings are blinding him to the realities of the situation. Not all that unusual for a horny/in love 20-something.

I was thinking more along the lines of that Jackson isn't that good looking and of course wants hot Dylan in his life (*and bed) and has a big dick and (more importantly to Dylan) has money. While Dylan is hot and poor. That makes more sense as why they keep getting back together.
I think the bedroom where the AR15 is, used to be their shared bedroom, but I think it probably is now Dylan's bedroom. Jackson's painting is still there though.
Jackson bought a new bed and I think decorated the room on the other side of the enclosed balcony where they have their gaming setup.

No 'bits" to report. But Dylan, on his Twitch, last night, said that he did not plan to travel much in 2019. He said he would probably not be going to Europe this year and that right now his only plans are to go back to Chicago for a short time and to go to Playlist in Orlando.

Again referring to Dylan's Twitch session from last night, Dylan was responding to a chat regarding "gap year". He was asked how he felt about it. He indicated that he felt it was a positive thing to do because he felt 18 was too young to make a choice to go to college without other life experiences. However, he went on to say....make sure you go back to school or maybe not??lol
Dylan will never allow his nudes to hit the internet. He thinks it’s beneath him as he imagines himself with a future in politics.
