The mods likely consider it revenge porn. Since its safe to assume Dylan didn't release these screenshots himself but rather it's some third party.
I am not a mod so I have no idea. Dylan or someone who knows him is reporting it and only the reporter and the mods knows the reason. Most likely DMCA, but he could claim other reasons lie his age or revenge porn as stated. IF people keep psting it mods may explain in the thread why you will get banned if it is posted again.
