It's not wise to underestimate Dylan. I don't like him or think he's attractive but I acknowledge his ability to get what he wants. He started dating Jackson to gain fame and a loyal following both of which he got. Jackson introduces him to Michael Cohen(big mistake Jackson) who has connections to rich gay men. Dylan starts dating both Jackson and Michael Cohen at the same time basically. Once Dylan no longer needs Jackson that relationship ends.
All of a sudden I don't know how or why I can only guess but Republicans Michael Gruen and billionaire son John Catsimatidis jr come into Dylan's picture and Dylan is soon hanging with connected guys like former White House spokesman Anthony Scaramucci(who follows gay pornstar Blake Mitchell on twitter) and his son Mooch(who joked that he needed a big camera because Dylan has a big dick) and young actors like David Mazouz(who I think genuinely likes Dylan) Ethan Cutkosky, Tanner Buchannan etc.
It doesn't matter if these guys are close friends or not. It only matters that the connections are made. I find the subject of Dylan very entertaining. How does a pornstar fucking, Bryan Singer defending, teenage boy canoodling, Jet setting sugar baby with no job and no real talent get all of this? Come on man. I can't be the only one who gets a Andrew Cunanan, Tom Ripley vibe from Dylan. I don't think he's a murderer but he sees people strictly as a means to an end. Don't get it twisted. If winning means getting what you want no matter who you have to step on then Dylan Geick is winning.
