This hottie seems to go full frontal in a new horror movie called The Shade.
I have only seen a low quality copy of the movie, so can't tell if he really shows much.
Scene is very dark, but I think there is a glimpse or two unless he is wearing covering.

As I suspected, even with better quality it is still very dark and shadowed. But I think what is there is real.
