Yeah it’s there if you look closely. His face has gotten bigger like more full. And he has the scar on his nose. He just looks different after the surgery. He’s definitely changed a lot since his TW days. Not everyone can see it, thats fine. But I can.

I don't think he looks drastically different, but yeah, I will say it looks like he has not taken great care of himself in past few years (since the end of TW). He often looks exhausted, bloated and like he needs a shower, which is a shame, because when he makes an effort he looks REALLY good.

I agree. Like it’s not really a huge change. But it’s definitely a change from the way he looked when he first started teen wolf. I get that he was 19 and young. But from season one to the first half of season three he looked amazing. It’s like season 3B his hair became really greasy and like you said he does look exhausted all the time. Someone already said that he came to a convention stoned. Which isn’t like him. We all know that suffers from some anxiety issues. We all know that he does smoke weed. I just think that there’s probably definitely some things that go on behind the scenes that we don’t know about that contributed to his new physical features. Besides the surgery that is. He looked good in that one episode of weird city though. Like his old self lol.

I don’t mind. He’s on the list of celebrities that I would prefer not to see caught in some kind of sexting scandal. If he’s going to be naked I’d rather it be for a movie or something tv show.

Stress alone can drastically change a person's face, even if their body looks otherwise fit. He also mentioned drinking a lot of alcohol after the accident. I hope he's getting healthier and feeling better. I think he'll be a handsome star for decades to come. His "Void Stiles" was epic work.

That explains the post rehab look he’s been sporting. But yeah as I said he’s always had anxiety and I think the accident strengthened it. But I’m happy he’s going better too. I loved Stiles in general so void Stiles made me like him even more lol. His role in American Assassin to me wasn’t his best. Probably because it was a few months after the accident.

I am sure he is going on to create wonderful things and i just hope he has people around that support and lifts him up.

right after the accident in the first few pictures you saw of him you could see his face looked really different because of the accident.

His face has kind of changed. Growth, the accident, stress, anxiety has contributed to that. It’s not a huge difference, but you can see it when you look at photos from different times and what he looks like now. It’s not that big of a deal, but you can tell somethings slightly changed. He’s still talented and still a fun guy though.

I feel bad for him. He’s a good actor no doubt. And his personality fits him as someone who shy and uses goofiness and comedy to kind of break the ice. But yeah if you look at these two gifts you can tell that there was a major change in his facial features. Honestly his facial features were changing in the second half of season three of teen wolf and in season four. But you really noticed a change after the surgery. Before

As I said before he definitely gained weight after American assassin and the death cure. Because as everyone knows he was actually more toned and lean for American assassin with all the stunts and what not. But as he was promoting the death cure you noticed how his hair had gotten longer and he seem to have lost the toned lean look and put on a thickness to him. Which wasn’t bad because he’s ass was amazing. I think he’s lost some of that weight as of recently because of a new movie that he’s doing. But he’s kept the ass. Like his ass used to be flat back in the day now it’s gotten a bit thick. Unless it was always thick and he just hit it under those baggy pants. Like Tyler Hoechlin lol.

Like if you look at actually recent pics, the swelling in his face went down and his cheekbones came back and he literally looks the same as he use to, just older.
