I wouldn’t say it’s bisexual. It’s more of a dual role.

Some accidents have happened in the past. Henry Cavill menton getting an erection during a sex scene and he did apologize for it. The question from one of the posters was it possible he could have gotten one. The answer is Yes, but not likely since it's such an unsexy environment. But it can happen.

I do remember one actor saying in interview that he made a comment to his partner in a sex scene to not get offended if he doesn't get an erection and apologized in advanced if he got one. Something to that effect. I forgot the actor who said that, but it came to mind. Funny as hell.

That was like 15-16 years ago, it was another time. After all the stories about sexual harrasment on sets, now everyone is more careful with this stuff, and that's why intimacy coordinators are almost mandatory even when there's only making out involved.

But like another user said, if the thought of him (or any other famous actor) getting an erection during a scene who am I to stop you. I do enjoy accidental erection themed scenes in porn after all.

In an interview, Geena Davis implied that Brad Pitt got an erection while they were filming intimate scenes in Thelma & Louise.
