Hate to be the bringer of bad news, but this is not about sex scenes 'Trevor' will have. They were talking about the phrase 'Fucking Trevor' that Hardin (in de books) uses to address Trevor because he hates him. It's kind of a big deal in the fandom, so brace yourself for screaming fangirls in the video.

I don't think (regarding the books at least) Dylan will have any sex scenes in this movie, nor in any of the two coming sequels.
