Electronic pump with larger cylinder?

i just started using a Commander XL a few months ago to treat Peyronies disease and I’m still honing my regimen. Have any of you guys seen permanent gains from these things? If so, how’d you do it?

I got a new electronic pump with a 12” cylinder about two weeks ago and am obsessed!

They just launched it and only have 200 total before they sell out. My husband loves it too and we both use this now instead of the manual one 90% of the time.

It also has great settings so that it can go back and forth between inflating and deflating on autopilot. So freaking cool and effective

It can also come with a customized fleshjack type sleeve to go inside the tube if desired, for extra compression and less fluid build up.

And red light therapy. I got both of those add-ons.

Hello curious to hear how you're progressing with this unit. What is the benefit of red light therapy?

Have to admit that, beyond the cylinder length and convenient all-in-one package, the Commander XL is pretty basic. I have the LeLuv Magna electric pump that is used with individual cylinders and find it's pretty amazing (esp after trying to revert back to a standard hand pump unit after my Magna blew a gasket!). There are various pump-and-release settings that make the process very easy and you see (temporary) size gains right away. However, after using only a short time I am seeing permanent gains especially in girth.

Gents - another option for the mix - the LeLuv iPump which is basically the pump unit attachment that comes with the all-in-one units with an adaptor so you can use it with cylinders. The Magna pump is a similar option and actually would seem easier to hold vs. the iPump.

One more idea. I bought a relatively cheap nipple pump unit from Amazon as I like nipple stim. When my Leluv unit crashed I realized I could use this nipple pump unit for my cock. It only has two settings - one gradual increase through three phases and one that keeps steady increasing pressure until you stop it (have to be careful with that one!). When you stop either one the pressure releases (i.e. there is no hold) so if I want that I have to disconnect the tube and the pressure remains in the cylinder. I have to say that it has been highly effective and seems to avoid some of the swelling that can occur through other methods.
