Twitter Algorithm. Twitter can shadowban accounts they deem inappropriate (deboost tweets, removed from search, etc) without outright suspending the account.

Adult content is allowed on twitter but idk the criteria or how the algorithm works. Most OF content creators can promote their works on another account when they notice their current one dips in engagement. Or have a back up incase the main got out right ban.
