Elias Kacavas

Let's assume you're both correct for a very brief moment and that it was only PLL. How does that make sense assuming it's his bare ass and cock in Euphoria. Why bother with a double in PLL which came after the fact. If he was worried about his image why not do it starting with Euphoria. If a BD was used for PLL then I don't trust the half body shots of "him" used in Euphoria to be of him.

PLL is a bigger show but he was hardly an important character compared to Euphoria. Not that it changes the fact he's very fuckable.

That's a fair point, but think of this way. He was likely never comfortable with nudity, but wanted to catch a break in Hollywood, so took the Euphoria role and agreed to get naked. But with PLL there was an option to use a BD so he took advantage of it. With intimacy coordinators on set now. I expect it's much easier to flat out refuse nude scenes if it wasn't in their contract to go nude.

Good point. I dunno when filming on the Greek film began and not sure if that counts as a big break but it counts for something. Honestly, not having seen Euphoria or PLL, I thought he looked better in Greek than the other two. Although I gotta say there's something wrong with Hollywood if an actor needs to do a mild nude scene to advance their career.

He wasn’t a known actor when he did Euphoria. He had a small part in one episode with 2 nude scenes so nudity was probably required so he did it. Also you see his whole body and face in the shower scene so your whole BD theory doesn’t really make sense here.
The nudity for PLL was just a small part of the role and not a requirement. They probably gave him the option to use a BD so he agreed because why wouldn’t he? Just because he did nudity once doesn’t mean he’ll always do it if he has the choice (unfortunately)

That doesn't make sense either. Are you familiar with video compositing? It's where you use static source images or dynamic videos and super impose them as a new layer over existing medium and blend it seamlessly. In the age of digital de-aging that came out years earlier nearly anything is possible. Entire scenes have been built on the premise absent of 3D software but of mere static images. I'm not saying he did or didn't use a body double for Euphoria, but why wouldn't he ask then and then for PLL? Filming for the Greek movie began in early '22. He was still relatively unknown then, too. I'd consider that a bigger break than PLL or Euphoria, the latter of which most outside certain circles know nothing about.

I already explained why. It was a small part in Euphoria and nudity was probably a requirement in the casting call. So using a BD wasn’t an option. It’s unlikely that production would go through all that trouble for an unknown guest actor if they could just hire someone else instead who’s willing to get naked.
In PLL his role was much bigger and it was a different production. Like I said they probably gave him a choice here and that why he chose a BD.
It’s not the first time that an actor is taking jobs with nudity (modeling, acting) when they’re still unknown. It’s a tough business so most actors take whatever they get even if they’re not comfortable with it.
Btw I still don’t really understand what the Greek movie has to do with anything 😅

And another terrible reboot bites the dust.

I think Elias will be fine, he seems to be on a decent trajectory so far.
