Well the translation (if accurate) clearly states that he made the video POST-jerkoff/cum, not during. All the verbs were in past tense. So technically, it wasn't misleading. Expensive, yes.

It’s definitely misleading. Your own interpretation demonstrates that because if we took it literally then it would mean that he took the video while he was hard but then ended it before he masturbated and came, not the other way around. It was clearly designed to be confusing and opaque, probably not even by him but whoever actually runs his page. There is an entire cottage industry around this.
