It's for Carnaval in Brazil, it's part of their culture. Sexual orientation has very little, if anything, to do with it.
He's argentinian they do a simimilar type of carnaval and to the sexuality guy for example in brazil they use something called "zunga" which is a male swimwear very similar to briefs all men use it and has nothing to do with someone's sexuality
Exactly. In fact showing skin is a point of pride for straight men as much as gay in general. Definitely not limited by the same norms as straight men in the west
