I think he's just making us think that he is naked, and clearly putting a piece of clothing in view of the shot would make us think that he is, But I doubt it, he wouldn't risk some random dude getting pictures or videos of him meditating nude and posting it on the internet, especially after he got baited and made an effort wiping out his nudes off the internet even threatened lawsuits.
