I wasn't watching when Eileen played Kristen, so I've only ever seen Stacy, but I think her and Eric have amazing chemistry together. I've seen Eileen on Y&R occasionally and I do think she's a better actress than Stacy

Eileen is the ONLY Kristen and is legendary. She won an Emmy for her performance as the character in 2014.
Days was crazy for recasting but had no choice when Y&R wouldn’t let her return in 2018.
