No one can relate?

Nope... This is off-topic... But I'll try to help you understand.

Everything you're complaining about being told to stop doing is against the rules.

Bumping: annoys everyone. It used to be a thing and sometimes is still a thing on small or very slow forums. It doesn't really work on a busy forum b/c the thread that you bumped moves quickly down the list of threads. Most people just "watch" threads they want to keep up with which notifies them that someone has posted in that thread. Bumping notifies everyone of those people that you posted to that thread and when they see you were just bumping it, it makes everyone mad b/c you've effectively spammed them... No one likes spam. It also contributes nothing to the discussion/thread.

"DM me": is kinda similar to bumping b/c it doesn't contribute anything meaningful to the thread and only annoys people b/c they get notified that you posted in the thread. It's also just pointless b/c you can just DM the person yourself.

These comments are also breaking the off-topic rule. I would suggest brushing up on the rules. You can also create a thread in the support section if you have questions. I'm sure the mods would rather help you understand the rules than having to remove your posts. Give them a chance, they aren't following you around picking on you... At least they shouldn't be, if you really think they are then open that support thread so more mods see your problem.
