Nobody knows if he “Iikes girls” or “likes guys”. Nobody knows who he’s legitimately had relationships with, because it appears he’s never had any obvious relationships. And no one really knows anyone’s sexual dimensions, sexual journey, libido, struggles, manipulations, insecurities, preferences, where someone is currently is in the gender, sexual, affection, romantic, emotion, commitment spectrum. You can use clues and common sense to surmise certain things. And yes, damn near half of Hollywood is “queer”. But the “he must be ‘gay” and the “he must be ‘straight’ or at least still really into chicks and probably not that into dudes” crowds are equally annoying and presumptuous.

Still nothing claiming they dated outside of this thread. People just speculating about two friends as far as I can tell.
To be clear I’m not saying it didn’t happen. LPSG just has a long history of being delusional about straight men being gay, and I’ve seen nothing supporting it in this case.
You're not saying it didn't happen but you're clearly angry that people would stat the obvious about someone who hasn't publicly declared their sexuality as gay or bi. As if saying Ethan had a bf is defaming him or unfair to him in someway. It's not.
Ethan and Diablo don't owe us any explanation of their relationship but we as mature adults don't have to pretend we are blind or that saying two guys were dating each other is some kind of taboo insult.
People say these things about straight couples all the time. Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen have not publicly stated that they are dating but that hasn't stopped the legitimate news media coming out and saying they are a couple. And they haven't done anything nearly as romantic as the things Ethan and Diablo did for a year.
