He was 18 in 2017. Shameless' final season was filmed in September 2020. So yeah only 3/11 seasons he could have had nudity in.
They missed an opportunity with him on shameless when he got older but oh well I think that military hose down scene is so good! Maybe he will have future roles where he shows a lil more skin
Does he still pursue acting?
I know he guested on The Conners, but I've seen nothing else.

IMDb shows 2 upcoming things but they don't seem to be major.
So weird, everyone and their brother got naked on that show....William Macy was naked countless times on that show, so it is weird that they wouldn't showcase any Ethan nudity once he was old enough.
it is isn't they did it so fast with Cameron as soon as he turned 18... on that show or was that age which is weird a little bit but whatever that show was about sex, nudity and violence. Great show never finished the last two seasons when Fiona left tbh.
I feel ya. But it’s worth it to finish. Don’t wanna do spoilers, but it’s worth it for Cam’s story. I think the last couple seasons get a little better. Still not as good as the early ones tho.
