Unless the scene calls for frontal nudity, EVERYONE, male and female wears modesty covering now. It doesn't matter how comfortable the actor/actress is with their body. Studios aren't going to put themselves in a position for a sexual harassment suit, it's to easy for someone to sneak a photo now, and to many directors have "accidentally" slipped in nudity that the actor didn't want to be shot but then gets strong-armed into agreeing can be used.

In the current #metoo era none of the "flashing your costar" or "suprise'm with a boner" antics of the past are tolerated. So the studios/actors/agents are going to insist. You can argue if you want but that's the reality now when talking about Hollywood movies.

You can bet if a movie has over a million dollar budget and includes a nude scene then every millisecond has been examined. With digital editing, nothing is accidentally getting past editing in 2018.

And even when the scene calls for a nudity, they still covering their private parts.
Let's just say Zac Efron on that terrible "comedy" he did and they recreated his junk with CGI and all the prosthetic dicks used in movies like Ben Affleck in Gone Girl!
