I can help explain from a straight perspective, or at least mine. Seeing a woman in porn enjoying a big cock, I imagine her enjoying mine. A pretty simple concept. And when seeing what other guys are working with, there's a sense of competition. Either I'm bigger than him and that feeds my ego or if he's bigger I can marvel at it, wondering what it would be like to be that big. There's no sexual desire for other males involved in it, though. At least not for me. 100% straight is exactly what it means, otherwise I would have put something different. Make sense?
