I don´t know what is the truth, because both tell very different versions of the same facts.

Some accuse Portia of being self-interested, several accuse Ellen of being an unbearable person.
Below is a video about Portia's version. Personally, I find Ellen quite inconvenient and probably domineering, as she is clearly authoritarian. But I don't know if Portia is as fragile as she claims to be now. It is also impossible to deny that she gained more notoriety and power and a luxurious life being Ellen's wife.
