That picture looks like it's one of the "limited edition" Sticky Fingers with a real zipper on the cover.

The crotch belongs to Joe Dallesandro, and you can see it in all its naked glory in some of Andy Warhol's films.

I didn't think that cover was "that limited", but there is another good story behind the ones with the working zipper...

When they were first shipped from the factory, and packaged (no pun intended), the zipper was "up", and the weight of the records would force the zipper into the vinyl, scratching it, resulting in many returns.

The record company solved the problem by having staff lower the zipper, so the metal part would rest against the label portion of the record, and there would be no scratches.
