I noticed the jacket too! (this person is wearing Felix's jacket. I've seen Felix wear it a few times in previous posts).
That's how I realized the person in the photo has to be his boyfriend or girlfriend. So excited to see this mystery person!

He might have a second personal account no one knows about but his friends and family. Otherwise, IG allows you to mdoerate who tags you. Or hide your tagged photos altogether.
