Anyone get Grayden's videos yet? I just read the description of his hypno scene and I'm kinda disappointed he doesn't seem to flex that much. What a waste of hot muscle.

lol yeah. Honestly, though, I write most of the hypnosis scripts for Film911. Name a script and I probably wrote it. I get a free copy if I buy the custom, but for Grayden I didn't. I wrote that script for Connor a month or so ago and it seems connor is never coming back. Honestly, I've been wanting him to bring Kirk back and keep getting kinda jerked around so I'm likely not going to buy any more scripts until Kirk returns.
It's a good script, it's just not what I usually like. However, you most likely wrote many of the other ones that I do like lol
Did you write any of the Beau hypno scripts? Also, I agree that you should get the video if you wrote it. That's a bit odd that you didn't.

That wasn't my experience. I ordered a custom with Bax and yes, I had to pay for the custom and the video again, but after printing my invoice and e-mailing it to J, showing them that I purchased it and J knew my e-mail was the one he collaborated with for the Bax custom, he refunded me the money for the video.
So though we order a custom and then pay for a copy of said custom, J will refund the money for the copy back again. Though a bit odd, I got my refund within a day after purchasing it.
Did you e-mail J your invoice? Maybe he couldn't refund you if he doesn't know what transaction it was and what card was charged. Send him a copy (you can generate it off Gumroad) and he'll probably get back to you as soon as possible.
I'm going to say I also had a bad experience ordering customs from the site. I have been trying to order custom videos for 3 models now and everytime, either they don't get back to me. This last time, I ordered 2 custom videos with Jackson and I paid for then and sent a video outline, but then today J refunded me without giving any explanation other than a the weak excuse of not having lighting for filming, yet he's been uploading other customs as quickly as he films them. I was willing to pay extra and told him how cheated I felt since I've been trying to order from the site for over a month and going through 3 models only to have them canceled with no good reason.
I have similar experiences and I've bought a lot of customs from them. He ignores a good 75% of emails where I ask about a model coming in. I've also noticed a cancellation of rate that is extremely high - Connor comes to mind. Anyone else notice he posts IG videos and adverts on his site about Connor returning, but Connor has yet to return at all? It's not from a lack of scripts - the Grayden hypnosis script was literally written for Connor and sent to him a month or two ago! I don't write scripts for models until it's like a day or two before they come. I'm not going to waste my time for a person to be cancelled. That's frustrating as well.
I always reimburse. Please e-mail so I can make sure it gets done.
