Fitnarad is free to do as he likes with his own body. The nose job is well executed, and it looks great. I liked his original nose better, but it's his body, his choice. Leave him be. Coño.
No said he couldn't get work done but it's clear he doesn't look the same. Why can't people talk about his plastic surgery? His looks is the reason he has a following. It's not like there is anything else to talk about.
