If that photo you posted is of that impossible burger I've got to say it really looks delicious. Always like rocket (salad, pizza etc.).

A bit of observation I neglected to include last night: I will say it's flatter than a beef burger, and irregularly shaped
But omg it tasted like a burger from a cookout, made on the grill with a nice savory seasoning. I took off top bun because too much bread for me. I'm not sure what kind of cheese they used, I'd have to go back and look at menu. I basically ordered their filet mignon burger but substituted an impossible burger patty. I think they use arugula, grain mustard, and some fancy ass cheese. I wish it had included sauteed mushrooms because that would have been indescribably good
