There's definitely a lot of photoshopping involved in this picture. Just look at the furniture around is right forearm.
Looks like a stitching artifact from stabilisation or a low light photo, phones these days use AI for it as well as retouching the image in general so things can look weird sometimes.
It's still quite extreme, for stabilization. What I'm trying to reinforce is he's spectacularly hot and has been holding back a lot until now, it's a shame when he finally lets go and flirts with us a little it's so "retouched". He definitely doesn't need it one bit! But let's be grateful we got this pic at all, it's amazing no matter what.
