They don't acknowledge Froy at all. Twitter and Instagram are terrible, a lot of fans saying we shouldn't talk about Richard's private life (but they post the pics with his mother) and that we shouldn't assume his dating life. Maybe I'm late to the party, but I just wanted to say it. I really hope Richard is taking good care of Froy.

Is one of those places Lipstick Alley? I haven't been in the Madden thread for a while, but I read somewhere they're not too kind to Froy.

They're the same person and that person is most definitely a homophobe. Back when Richard was dating Brandon, she would go out of her way to insult Brandon, crop Brandon out of any photos of them together and in one case covered his face with a clown emoji. I don't go on any of her stuff so I had no idea how she handles Froy, but among the toxic people in the fandom she in particular really hated Brandon.

Some of us in this thread are Richard fans who got to know Froy through his association with Richard. So we’re not all bad.
But yeah, unfortunately he has some toxic fans and she’s one of the worst of the bunch.
It’s not just Richard’s fans. You’ll find this sort of thing in almost any fan base. Some fans only want their idol to be what they want them to be. Straight. Gay. Single. It doesn’t matter. They build their little dream world and heaven forbid anyone contradicts that vision, even the idol themselves.
