Someone asked to Ewoud why all models are shaved, if he asks them to shave.
This was Ewoud's response about this photo:

"I don't ask them to shave, I would say on the contrary. Most young guys shave now, even when they're not sportive. I think fashion down there has become more feminized. When asked to withdraw his foreskin he refused, so the whole thing cannot have much to do with hygiene either, to look "clean" or...maybe he doesn't want to show his "naked penis", or have proof around that he'd been circumcised, that was too personal I guess."

I'm not a photographer and I'm not uncut so it's hard for me to tell, but is it appropriate to ask to a model to pull their foreskin back in a non-sexual photoshoot?
I realized many uncut athletes in his photos pulled their foreskin back, I guess he was requesting that a lot.

BTW if anybody know the name of this model I would love to know.

His name is Ietsen (or Ytsen) de Groot but I couldn't find anyting about him. He played for KV Hoogkerk.

Agreed man! I actually used to be uncut and felt that, then i got cut and well, now i feel extra naked all the time haha. I don't think it's uncommon in the US market when a model is intact. Don't want to scare people, after all. I guess it's up to the model as to how invasive it feels.
