I don't think it is appropriate to post more of his videos here, but I wouldn't say it is disgusting to still enjoy watching them. There are plenty of porn stars from the past who have died but we still enjoy watching their stuff.

Yes, the holier-than-thou attitude is a bit on the nose. A bigger ethical dilemma might be whether it's exploitative to buy porn from a man who has to keep selling it to pay for cancer treatment. You could devote an entire PhD to that one. Discuss.
