Do you realize 90% of young white straight non-college educated men voted Trump? If you're still trying to cancel anyone who's a Trump supporter at this point, you might as well cancel an entire gender.
But like why is that tho??? I'm genuinely asking, I'm not American and this being the truth feels so freaking weird to me idk. Where I come from most young people know that trump is certainly NOT someone to support in any way shape or form so why the hell do the straights like/idolize him so much? I know that this thread wasn't made for this but still I just wanna know cause this is not an uncommon thing.

There are about 100 reasons, but young men in America shifted hard alt-right at the rise of wokeness & cancel culture. Andrew Tate, Jordan Peterson, Ben Shapiro, Aydin Ross etc rose through the social media algorithms and somehow became thought leaders for teens. Now their ideology has permeated the entire manosphere.

Then the gender gap became extra wide this election cycle because Trump was courting every typical "masculine" male interest -- UFC, crypto, comedy, conspiracy theories, trolling, political incorrectness, etc. These things all appeal to young guys who want to be "rebels" vs the hall moniter vibes Kamala & neolibs projected.

The irony is a ton of these Trump bros were also BERNIE BROS, which speaks both to how ill-informed these voters are and how much the democrats fucked the whole world over by not moving towards populism.
