No he hired a gay for pay prostitute. I do recommend the movie its based off of a memoir of Christopher Isherwood when he was staying in Germany during the rise of Hitler he left in 1939.Wow it is rape scene?
Originally published in 1976, Christopher and His Kind covers the most memorable ten years in the writer's life—from 1928, when Christopher Isherwood left England to spend a week in Berlin and decided to stay there indefinitely, to 1939, when he arrived in America. His friends and colleagues during this time included W. H. Auden, Stephen Spender, and E. M. Forster, as well as colorful figures he met in Germany and later fictionalized in his two Berlin novels—and who appeared again, fictionalized to an even greater degree, in I Am a Camera and Cabaret.
What most impressed the first readers of this memoir, however, was the candor with which he describes his life in gay Berlin of the 1930s and his struggles to save his companion, a German man named Heinz, from the Nazis. An engrossing and dramatic story and a fascinating glimpse into a little-known world, Christopher and His Kind remains one of Isherwood's greatest achievements.
Nothing about that scene suggests it being a rape scene.Wow it is rape scene?
Sometimes I wonder how many people on this forum have actually had sex before. No he hired a gay for pay prostitute. I do recommend the movie its based off of a memoir of Christopher Isherwood when he was staying in Germany during the rise of Hitler he left in 1939.
the blurb from the book
What is this from?
One of the movies I was mostly excited and looking forward, but it just didn't worked. The story its just a damn of another typical gay cliche, I mean, of course I was more into the sex scenes and nudity, but even that was too weak. I'm honestly so disappointed with that one.Lonesome (2023) with Josh Lavery and Daniel Gabriel.
Kinda boring and a bit of a letdown tbh after "Teenage Kicks" back in 2016

Agreed, I don’t mind a character-driven movie compared to plot-driven but this movie failed on both imo. Its a beautiful movie to look at, very aesthetically pleasing but I honestly thought the lead actor just didnt have enough range for what the movie was trying to achieve. One of the movies I was mostly excited and looking forward, but it just didn't worked.
