sorry new here so maybe a stupid question but I just wanted to check if there's a rule or mandate in some countries not to show male and female full frontal nudity on tv.. as I see 99% of these sex scenes posted here don't show male full frontal..?
In the United States the Federal Communications Commission used to fine network television stations if they showed nudity. Premium cable networks, and now streaming services, were free of such restrictions. But most male actors have contracts that insist upon prosthetics. They still look silly but they aren't subject to the whims of biology.

I think it’s twofold, on the one hand you have the actors who might not want to be exposed, especially if their profile is rising, and they’ll put that in their contracts if they can, and on the other hand you have studios making content for specific audiences, so if a show or movie (or a channel/platform as a whole) is marketed more towards straight men, or families, or conservative audiences, then your likelihood of showing frontal nudity really decreases.
