This almost sounds like it's all over and they don't want to admit it. If they can't afford to keep the site they've had for years I don't see how they'll be able to pay wages and possible transportation for a lot of actors. I really don't understand what their strategy is with after hours, do they want OF, which is what's killing them, involved at all? Also if it's "after hours" but they're still expected to have sex on camera for money then it's just them shooting a second scene later.

If they can’t afford to keep things running that’s their fault. They could’ve if they didn’t flip us gay men off. They stopped posting gay scenes and bi scenes and only did straight scenes. They could’ve gotten money from gay me and bi men but they pushed us away. I don’t feel sorry for them. Screw Straighthoopla!
I mean, they brag about being around for 10 yrs, yet their follower count has been stuck at 200k. Meanwhile SeeHimFuck has been going on for 4 yrs and already at 300k followers. That's says alot if within 10 yrs, your following hasnt grown, meanwhile the site you say copied you and your competition has already surpassed you.

They said he's done with HGF/GH and has moved on to other things. He knows this business is not gonna last.

So they announced some hilarious “changes”. They said they are still focusing on HGF and will not care about Gayhoopla still. The useful, productive, and non-controversial Tryouts will be back for members only. And after this week they are going to rent Airbnb across the country and shoot scenes in them.
I really dont understand any of the changes. Tryouts was a disaster and changing it to members only will literally change nothing, it will still be crap. And I don’t understand why they are taking it to the road. Who’s going to film? And they are already struggle finding female talent, going on the road is going to make it worse. They should just sell the house in Phoenix and move operations to LA or Miami where the porn scene is. It’s more appealing for new models and easier to find female talent.

Doesnt help that the new guys they do bring to the house, none of them attractive. Like the recent ones are supposedly in their early 20's, but looks more so late 20's to early 30's in the face. Just not appealing and just taking and bring back what they can get.
