Not sure. His accent has me wondering where he grew up. Maybe in two separate countries when he was small. Also I noticed some people don't rush when they talk. Robert De Niro doesn't rush for no one. He is such a diva but Hollywood just let's him be.
Gerard has had some recent family stress in his life as well within the last year or so; maybe that's pat of it.
He has a really thick creole accent and comes off nervous when he records talking vids so I think that’s what we end up with.
I worked with special needs/learning disabled adults for years. He's having either a high functional autism or an Asperger. The eyes and speech pattern is a clear giveaway.
