If you want to start with a plug they come in all sizes. There’s some really cute starter ones. Here I’ll take a picture of one. You can find these anywhere on the internet and they’re not expensive. What you do need to do is make sure they’re not going to fall out of your whole. You wasn’t this head to be a decent size to stay lodge in your arse.

This is the one I use from day to day. Obviously you need to take it out to poop. I’m in a position that I clean myself after shitting then just put a little more lube on the toy and slip it back in. This particular one has got a skinny mid section so the bulbous head should stay in you. If you want to bigger that’s just usually for your own sex gratification but I certainly don’t keep those in all day. Just to have fun with and see how big you can go over time. But you always have to start small and transition up over a period of an hour for a really big one. Maybe about 4 stages with bigger and bigger circumference.
