His OF is a bit of a scam, only showing 10-30 seconds preview for most, very very very few videos that last more than 2 minutes. In which case, he should have make that page as free since it is all previews anyway and you have to pay for full videos - he would get way more subscribers that way and probably sell more videos. Literally both his OF are just previews, and something you can get from his twitter lol!! I mean, he has the goods, and the looks, and at the very least, he could have make a shorter version of the longer clips and put it on the subscription page - and get people pay for the longer version - which would probably better since now he literally can have all the cakes and eat it too - and does not come across as "getting people to subscribe for previews".

I totally understand, you want people to keep coming back, and I think sending direct video to their inbox if they keep their subscription is a good way to incetivize them to keep it. But also, most people are very used to have access to the creator's older library of content when you charge them monthly. So it would be good to do both, have a shorter cut like 3 minutes "digest" on library, and send the "original" to the DM, so new subscribers has access to old content, but all existing one keeps getting newest one on their direct message.
I am guessing most of your audience are predominantly male? so they are not there for the girls, and in most of the videos, your face is pretty obscured and not even visible. If possible, you should ask whoever shot it, yes I know, the girls are the product - to also shoot extra footage that shows more of you. You can then edit another "special edition" that highlight your face more and sell those on PvP since this is what most of your fans would come to see.
Anyway, best of luck, you seem pretty nice and this industry is not exactly known for long lasting careers and one must take advantage and get as much as you can before retiring for good.
