I’m cut and I’m not that much sensitive, I don’t feel extreme sensitivity after cumming (it’s the same as before cumming) so I just pull on underwear, I’m ok with touching and even rubbing my glans after I ejaculate (so I usually immediately go for a second row when I masturbate).
