Thanks for pointing that out. Feel positive that all stunts on Jet-Ski were performed by body-double. Good chance that when Board-Shorts were ripped off by water, 'Glen' wasn't actual actor on Jet-Ski. Who ever was on jet-ski certainly had a nice bum, and in the movie, they 'featured' that bum quite a bit throughout the rest of the race

he was training to be a stunt man recently- as a former gymnast, he's used to flipping, etc... so it may have been him.
I think he and Trevor Donovan are a couple; he's posted several times on IG with Trevor's (and, as such, maybe his) dogs and also posted a photo of him and Trevor when the latter was competing on Dancing with the Stars.

Do we have proof about whether he used a stunt butt in these caps from Hot Water? His butt seems kind of great in regular pants (below) and he’s worked as a stuntman before, so not clear why he’d avoid a nude jet ski scene:
