Mark Henderson has never made a secret that he is big on color and vividness of both the background and the color of whatever the model is wearing.

Virtually every photographer uses software to remove blemishes (photographic and real), but to your question, no, I don't believe so. I have read interviews with several models who have said that they ramp up their fitness weeks before they shoot with him to make sure they're as ripped, pumped and fit as they can be. (Probably helps that he provides a full gym and shoots over several days; the models can get in a pump before the next series of photos.)
