I know some of you will think I've already attained a bubble butt, but (pun intended lol) I want a bigger ass.
Think Grag Stone or Mateo Tomas. I'm hoping to get some glute-focused leg days that will help with hypertrophy and possibly toning as well. Thanks in advance!
I've been trying to grow mine and doing ass to the ground squats and bulgarian split squats. The split squats really get my ass sore the next day. Try holding dumbbells while doing them.
